GM Retail, CPG & Gaming MicrosoftJim currently serves as our GM for Retail, CPG and Gaming. Over the past 6yrs he’s led our highly successful partnership with Walmart and is now leveraging that experience to help our customers in their AI transformation journey. He is responsible for helping Microsoft reshape the partnership experience for our customers, with the goal of accelerating their outcomes and enhancing their experience. He has a deep understanding of Retail and CPG. Prior to his role with Microsoft, he spent 20 years in the industry, most recently serving as President of CROSSMARK, one of the largest Sales and Marketing service providers to Retailers and Consumer Goods companies in North America.
Jim is passionate about co-innovating with customers as they work differentiate themselves in the market. At Microsoft he has leveraged his 20+ years of progressive management and leadership experience to help reshape our go-to-market approach for the Retail and Consumer Goods practice across the enterprise.
He has served on numerous industry boards and committees including Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA), Enactus, Engine and The Nielsen Company.
