Ms. Freishtat is the Senior Director of Feeding Change with the Milken Institute. She is an experienced director, transformative leader and strategist with a 20-year track record developing and implementing food system policies and programs. Holly served as Baltimore City’s first Food Policy Director and Chief of Food Policy & Planning where she founded and directed the Baltimore Food Policy Initiative.

Colleen oversees all of Kroger Co.’s Pharmacy, Clinical, and Nutrition operations and services, including all healthcare-related digital solutions and telehealth platforms. She’s the lead architect of the company’s “Food as Medicine” strategy, and a passionate believer in Kroger Health’s vision to help people live healthier lives.

Melanie Marcus has spent her career working at the intersection of marketing, technology and healthcare.  She hosts Surescripts’ award-winning podcast, There’s A Better Way: Smart Talk on Healthcare and Technology and serves on The Sequoia Project Board, where she is helping found a Pharmacy Interoperability Workgroup.

Dariush Mozaffarian Director, Food is Medicine Institute Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, Tufts University

Dariush Mozaffarian is a cardiologist, public health scientist, and Director of the Food is Medicine Institute at Tufts University. He is Dean Emeritus and Jean Mayer Professor at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, Professor of Medicine at Tufts School of Medicine, and attending physician in cardiology at Tufts Medical Center.

Aaron Wiese President Hy-Vee, Inc.

Aaron Wiese began his career at Hy-Vee in 1993 while in high school. After graduating college, he was named operations manager at Hy-Vee Care. In 2012, he joined Hy-Vee’s executive staff as director, real estate, strategic planning, and in 2013 became director, health/wellness, strategic planning.
