Rachel Marler is the US Chief Customer Officer at Haleon. In this role, she leads Haleon Consumer Health’s customer engagement efforts to build strong, trusting retailer partnerships and deliver compelling omni category and shopper healthcare experiences across the all channels. She also leads US Digital Commerce and Net Revenue Management. She joined Haleon in April 2022. Rachel brings with her significant experience in sales, marketing and general management across several consumer product goods companies including Gillette, P&G, Tyson Foods, and most recently Kimberly-Clark where she was Vice President, Sales and Strategy for the Paper Business Unit.
